Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the order is eligible for a refund, in afew days, you’ll recieve the refund via instapay/wallet transfer.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days.
you can also exchange your item if you don’t like the scent within two days only. For exchange, send us an email at contact@thenewuu.com with your order details and the exchange reason.

Shipping return

Shipping costs are non-refundable

 Customers will be charged the shipping costs for returning the item.
. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The exchange period varies according to the distenationtime.

You’ll be responsible for packing the item very well and safe for the shipping conditions to can get it without any damage.
