Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed via Instapay or Wallet Transfer within a few business days.

Exchanges

• Received a damaged or defective item? We’ll happily replace it.
• Didn’t love the scent? You can exchange it within 2 days of delivery.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs and should pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
